All orders placed before 12PM will be delivered within 48h, all orders placed after 12PM (or on week ends) will be delivered within 72h.

  • You may ask to return items we have sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • STEP 1 –Only complete, functioning IQOS kits with no missing part (IQOS holder, IQOS pocket charger, plug, cable, cleaning tool) may be returned.
  • STEP 2 –Click on “Return” in the ‘My orders” section of the iqos.com website after selecting the right order. Complete all required steps.
  • STEP 3 – Once your request is registered, you will receive a confirmation SMS and an email containing the prepaid return label.
  • STEP 4 – You can then choose to print this shipping label and stick it on your return package before dropping it off at a nearby Relais Pick Up or Post Office. If you can’t or won’t print, please go directly to a post office equipped with an automatic franking machine or to a Relais Pick Up with the email you received to return your return package easily.
